IEM WEBINAR (12 Jun 2021) – Building Organizational Resilience via a Sustainable Energy Management Program
Get insights from the success and performance delivery of the SEM initiative that have been widely promoted to over 1000 organisations in ASEAN and beyond from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
This webinar presents the implementation of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) 6P Energy Sustainability Transformation (Energy-STAR) Program that created a competitive edge and built a resilient ecosystem of innovation-driven best practices. In driving change, the UTM 6P Energy STAR strategy began by pin pointing the specific and major pains experienced by UTM management and community. Understanding the pains allowed the team to build the compelling purpose for the reform initiative. An inclusive SEM Program was then established and innovative products developed. A key component of the program involves grooming people as program champions to mobilize change and partnership with stakeholders from industry and policy makers. Success and performance delivery of the SEM initiative have been widely promoted to over 1000 organisations in ASEAN and beyond.
