What are the General Policies for training under Optimise?
Training courses may also include Online and e-Learning (wherever possible) and/or typical classroom training. All dates and venue stated in the calendar are tentative, OPTIMISE has the right to cancel a Course or reschedule a Course Date at any time and for any reasons.
OPTIMISE shall inform Participant as soon as possible of the cancellation or rescheduling, and in case of rescheduling, to offer a new Course Date reasonably convenient for Participant. In case of cancellation, OPTIMISE shall refund the Course Price to Participant without undue delay. Such refund will be the only remedy available to Participant in case of cancellation by OPTIMISE. All payments that have been made are NOT REFUNDABLE in any cases. However, substitute or replacement of participant or course is permitted. If participant choose for a lower fee course, no refund for the balance will be made.
How do I use a voucher code?
To use any voucher code shown in this page, kindly copy the code and go to our training platform page. After selecting the course that you would like to enroll into, simply just paste the code into the voucher code box during check-out before making any payment.

Can I use two different voucher codes together for the same course when I check out?
No, you cannot use 2 voucher codes at the same time. This applies to the First Timer offer, as you cannot use any voucher code on top of that offer.
Is there any limit to how many times I can use the same voucher code?
We do not limit the times a single account can use for the same voucher code, however for some exclusive promotion offers, we limit the number of usage to eg: 100 available redeem times only. Vouchers given are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
What is the payment term for joining a training?
Payment is to be made in full to prior before training or for self-paced learning, it has to be paid in full before getting the training modules. You can make payment to CIMB Bank Account Number: 8007376166.
I am new to this platform, how do I get and use the 30% First Timer Benefit Offer?
To get this special promotion, you just need to register as a new user in our training platform and will get a special discount (for any 1 course) offered there. This promotion is not eligible for Energy Manager Training Course (EMTC) only.
Are there any CDP for REEM claimable? How to claim this CDP?
Yes, the allocated CDP for each course will be written within the course details. Kindly check to know the amount claimable. For your information, REEM are required to earn at least 8 CDP for each renewal. To successfully claim CDP from self-paced learning courses, you are required to finish all course contents as well as quizzes and after that you can contact us to proceed this CDP claiming. CDP is recongnized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission Malaysia)
Indemnity by Force Majeure
OPTIMISE shall not be liable or be considered to be in breach or default of its obligations under any condition to the extent that performance of such obligations is delayed or prevented, directly or indirectly, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts (or omissions) of governmental authorities, fires, severe weather conditions, earthquakes, strikes or other labor disturbances, floods, risk of kidnapping, acts or threats of terrorism, epidemics, riot, or delays in transportation. OPTIMISE accepts no liability for travel, accommodation or incidental costs incurred by the Participant in the event that any Course is cancelled or rescheduled.
