SUMMARY:Thermal Energy Recovery Technologist (TERT): Level 1: Basic Of Heat Recovery Optimisation [29 - 31 March 2027]
DESCRIPTION:Thermal Energy Recovery Training provides engineers\, energy managers and industrial professionals with practical knowledge and skills to identify thermal energy losses\, maximise heat recovery and reduce industrial energy consumption through Pinch Analysis and Process Integration techniques. \nJoin OPTIMISE’s 3-day Thermal Energy Recovery Technologist (TERT) Level 1: Basic of Heat Recovery Optimisation training\, conducted online. This competency-based programme focuses on analysing industrial thermal energy systems\, identifying energy-saving opportunities and designing heat recovery solutions using proven Pinch Technology methodologies. \nParticipants will learn the fundamentals of heat integration\, including stream data extraction\, minimum energy targeting using Composite Curves and the Problem Table Algorithm (PTA)\, and the design of Heat Recovery Networks (HRN) using Grid Diagrams. \nThe training also covers heat exchanger network design with stream splitting\, minimum heat exchanger unit targeting\, economic analysis and multiple utility optimisation using Grand Composite Curves (GCC). \nThrough interactive working sessions and Excel-based calculation exercises\, participants will develop practical skills in thermal energy analysis and heat recovery optimisation. The programme also introduces OPTIMISE’s proprietary Optimal Heat software for heat integration applications. \nThis programme is particularly suitable for Registered Energy Managers (REMs)\, energy auditors\, energy service companies\, process engineers and industrial professionals involved in thermal energy management\, energy efficiency improvement and industrial heat recovery. \nThe training is approved for 24 CDP hours under the Mandatory REM Type 2 category\, providing eligible Registered Energy Managers with an opportunity to strengthen their technical competencies while fulfilling professional development requirements. \nDownload Brochure Here \nRegister Using HRDC/LOU/PO
