SUMMARY:Industrial Thermal Energy Audit (ITEA) [3 - 5 August 2027]
DESCRIPTION:Thermal Energy Audit Training equips energy managers\, engineers and industrial professionals with practical knowledge and systematic techniques to assess thermal energy performance\, identify energy losses and improve industrial energy efficiency. \nJoin OPTIMISE’s 3-day Industrial Thermal Energy Audit and Analysis (ITEA) Training. This programme focuses on conducting thermal energy audits\, benchmarking process and equipment performance\, analysing energy consumption and identifying opportunities to reduce energy costs and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. \nParticipants will learn practical thermal energy audit methodologies\, including process and equipment energy accounting\, energy balances\, Sankey diagrams\, steam properties\, fuel and combustion analysis\, boiler efficiency and heat recovery. \nThe training also covers thermal utility system analysis and improvement\, including steam generation\, steam distribution\, condensate recovery\, thermal oil systems and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) or cogeneration systems. \nThrough systematic energy audit approaches and technical analysis\, participants will learn to identify\, evaluate and prioritise energy-saving measures for industrial utility systems and thermal processes such as reactors\, ovens\, dryers\, tanks\, separators and heat exchangers. \nThis programme is suitable for Registered Energy Managers (REMs)\, energy auditors\, utility and facility managers\, engineers\, researchers and professionals involved in industrial energy management and thermal energy efficiency improvement. \nThe course carries 24 CDP hours under the Mandatory Topic for REM Type 2\, supporting the continuing professional development of eligible Registered Energy Managers. \nDownload Brochure Here \nRegister Using HRDC/LOU/PO

SUMMARY:Concept and Procedure for the Establishment of an Energy Management System (EnMS) [23 - 24 August 2027]
DESCRIPTION:Energy Management System (EnMS) Training in Malaysia – ISO 50001 & EECA 2024 \nEnergy Management System (EnMS) Training is designed to help organisations establish\, implement and improve effective energy management practices. Through this two-day programme\, participants will gain practical knowledge of ISO 50001:2018 principles and relevant requirements under Malaysia’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) 2024. \nAn effective Energy Management System enables organisations to systematically monitor energy consumption\, identify energy-saving opportunities\, reduce operating costs and improve energy performance. \nThe programme covers energy reviews\, Significant Energy Uses (SEUs)\, Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs)\, energy baselines\, energy objectives\, action plans and continual improvement. \nWhy Attend This Energy Management System Training?\nAn Energy Management System provides a structured approach to identifying energy-saving opportunities\, monitoring energy performance and achieving measurable improvements. This training bridges EnMS concepts with practical implementation to help organisations strengthen energy management practices and support regulatory compliance. \nWhat Will You Learn?\n\nUnderstand ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System principles and their application.\nUnderstand relevant EECA 2024 energy management requirements.\nEstablish energy policies\, objectives and performance targets.\nConduct energy reviews and identify Significant Energy Uses (SEUs).\nDevelop Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs) and energy baselines.\nPrepare energy management action plans and monitor improvements.\nUnderstand EnMS performance evaluation and continual improvement.\n\nWho Should Attend?\nRegistered Energy Managers (REMs)\, energy committee members\, engineers\, facility managers\, sustainability professionals and personnel responsible for implementing or maintaining an Energy Management System. \nRegister for Energy Management System Training\nGain practical knowledge to strengthen your organisation’s energy management practices. \nClick Here to Download Brochure \nRegister Through HRDC/LOU/PO
